I'm a Music Rightsholder...

Here's the deal...

• Our agreements with music rightsholders are non-exclusive. That means that you can work with other people to find sync placements (or find them yourself) without us interfering.

• We will try to find opportunities to place your music. If we're successful, we'll take 20% of the sync fee as commission. If we don't find you any placements, there are no charges for our services. We only get paid if you get paid!

• You don't have to place your entire catalogue with us - we will only represent the songs you want us to represent. Though, obviously, the more of your songs we have to work with, the better chance we have of finding you a sync.

• If you don't like a proposed sync placement, you don't have to do it. The rightsholders will always have the final say on where the music is used. So if we find an opportunity with a brand you're not comfortable with, you can simply tell us you don't want the placement.

• You can end your agreement with us at any time for any reason with 1 month's notice. All we ask is that you let us finish up any ongoing sync licensing processes we've already started.
